## Job Overview

The Product Owner is responsible for owning a product area, defining what gets built, and ensuring the team delivers maximum value to users and the business. At Yuno, Product Owners work at the intersection of technology, commerce, and user experience in the payments orchestration space.

## Key Responsibilities

- Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch optimization

- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs

- Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria; maintain a prioritized backlog

- Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Data teams to deliver at pace without quality loss

- Perform market and competitor analysis to inform feature prioritization

- Define and track KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, to measure product success

- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

- Communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders

- Mentor junior POs and contribute to the product chapter’s knowledge sharing culture

## Requirements

- Fluent English

- +2 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles

- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data

- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)

- Ability to write clear user stories, specs, and technical documentation

- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills

- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

- High ownership and execution mindset

## Nice to Have

- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services

- Experience working with APIs, payment orchestration, or PSPs

- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns

- Background in top-tier consulting or fast-scaling tech companies

- Strong business acumen with a data-driven mindset
