## Description

Welo Data is seeking an Ads Quality Rater to review and grade internet advertisements, helping shape how ads are delivered to end-users. You will evaluate ads in both English and Tamil, providing feedback on their relevance to user keywords.

This role involves surfing the internet daily, using major search engines frequently, and researching topics online. You will set your own schedule, with a minimum commitment of 5 hours per week and up to 20 hours per week.

**Responsibilities:**

- Review ads in English and Tamil

- Evaluate ad relevance to user keywords

- Provide feedback to improve ad delivery

**Requirements:**

- Fluency in Tamil

- Strong understanding of English (written and spoken)

- Familiarity with modern popular culture

- Reliable computer system and internet connection

- Experience with online search engines

- Ability to sign a standard Non-Disclosure Agreement and Service Level Agreement

**Additional Information:**

- Pay rate: Based on tasks (approximately $3 per hour)
