## Description

At Braze, we're a customer engagement platform that empowers brands to Be Absolutely Engaging™. We're seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Specialist to join our São Paulo office.

You will be responsible for building and executing lifecycle marketing programs that drive adoption, retention, and expansion amongst our customer base. You will work closely with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to develop and execute multi-channel customer lifecycle programs.

Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution for customer lifecycle marketing campaigns

- Build and optimize customer lifecycle campaigns, Canvases, and segments in the Braze platform

- Manage the customer campaign calendar and ensure programs launch on time

- Translate high-level lifecycle strategy into executable, multi-channel programs

- Actively explore and implement AI-powered workflows

- Drive cross-functional alignment with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing

Requirements:

- Proven track record in lifecycle, CRM, or customer marketing

- Hands-on Braze platform experience required

- Demonstrated ability to own a program area end-to-end

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect engagement metrics and funnel data to actionable insights

- Experience working cross-functionally across CS, PMM, Growth, and campaign teams
