## Description

As a Trading Manager at Morrisons, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our shelves are fully stocked, providing a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.

You will report directly to the Store Manager and lead your team to deliver market-leading product availability, run smooth promotional events, and maintain a safe and legally compliant trading environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading your team to deliver outstanding shopping experiences, planning promotions, and acting on customer feedback.

- Managing shift rotas, attendance, and talent development, and providing training to help colleagues work flexibly across departments.

- Driving performance and availability, guiding colleagues to meet operational and sales targets.

- Planning resources, managing daily team routines, and building strong relationships with other store departments.
