**Responsibilities:**

- Deliver excellent customer service on the website screens, shopfloor, and at the collection counter

- Collect products from the stock area for customers

- Help customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products

- Build great knowledge about products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations

**Requirements:**

- Friendly and welcoming with a genuine enthusiasm for understanding customers and helping them have a great experience

- Comfortable talking to customers about financial services

- Happy working at pace in a physical, high-energy environment

- Prepared to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store

- Embraces new digital tools and technology
