## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.

You'll work early mornings, Thursday to Saturday, 05:00-09:00, and may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.

As a Customer Assistant, you'll:

- Provide five-star service at pace, and thrive under pressure

- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, and support colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience

- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, and work across various areas of the store

This is a part-time, flexible role, requiring digital confidence and a team-player attitude.
