About this role

We are looking for a Test Engineer to join our Information Security engineering organisation. In this role, you will be working alongside a software development team responsible for building resilient, high-quality systems that support global threat detection, entitlement management, compliance processes, and audit assurance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Write and maintain a functional test case suite covering multiple applications.

- Write and maintain automation test scripts across multiple applications.

- Join in technical discussions, identifying testing requirements.

- Identify and document defects clearly in ADO.

- Apply and contribute to best practices for code quality, testing, automation, and performance.

Qualifications / Competencies

- Experience with object-oriented design.

- Strong knowledge of testing tools/frameworks such Selenium, Cucumber and REST APIs.

- Experience with SQL and understanding of navigating databases.

- Understanding of clean architecture and maintainability with design patterns like the page object model.

- Experience working with a fast-paced agile software development team.

Nice to Have

- B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Interest in financial systems, accounting, investment technology or cyber security.

- An eye for detail, spotting what others miss

- Interest in problem solving and keeping up with the latest testing techniques.
