## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at the Canvey Island store. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will work part-time hours on Tuesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 18:00 to 22:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

In this role, you will be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service at pace and embracing the transformation M&S is driving. You will be a resilient and committed brand ambassador, confidently recommending and selling M&S Food products to customers. You will utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.

As a team player, you will contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, working hard and supporting others to deliver a seamless customer experience. Flexibility is vital, as you will work across various areas of the store, adapting to changing demands.
