## Description

This job provides strategic business partnership with multiple senior leaders to drive business results and enhance employee engagement for the Finance organization.

The Director will leverage business acumen and data to deliver effective people solutions and programs.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

- Lead the planning and delivery of key people processes, including talent and performance management.

- Coach and develop leaders, offering insights on people, teams, and organizational growth.

- Use data insights to identify trends and influence evidence-based decisions for talent attraction, performance, and engagement.

- Collaborate with Employee Relations to address escalations and recurring people issues.

- Analyze organization effectiveness using data and feedback to assess people and organizational capability.

- Build consensus among stakeholders, including executive leadership, on new ideas and strategies.

- Lead change management initiatives for successful adoption of organizational changes.

- Provide continual feedback to understand and predict the implications of HR approaches and policies.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

- 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience in a strategic HR role interfacing and influencing senior leadership.

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a metrics-driven approach.

- Ability to leverage analytics and insights to create compelling narratives for change.

- Understanding of how to synthesize complex situations into actionable insights for business leaders.

**Additional Information:**

- The base pay for this role will depend on where you work and the relevant experience and expertise you bring.

- The expected range of pay for this role by location is:

San Jose, California: ($176,500.00 - $262,350.00 Annually)   Austin, Texas: ($160,500.00 - $238,700.00 Annually)   New York City, New York: ($176,500.00 - $262,350.00 Annually)
