## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to inform our racing strategy and improve our performance on the track.

Responsibilities
----------------

* Work closely with our racing team to understand their needs and develop data-driven solutions to improve their performance
* Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to analyse and interpret large data sets
* Collaborate with our data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
* Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including our racing team and senior management

Requirements
------------

* A strong background in data science, including a degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
