## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Line Producer to lead the development of the EA SPORTS™ FC Companion App, a cross-platform mobile product that engages millions of FC players globally.

As the Line Producer, you will direct and lead a team to transform the mobile app into a standalone mobile-first game experience that promotes cross-platform connection, engagement, and progression. You will construct the strategy and roadmap to achieve this vision, partnering with the Lead Development Director and Technical Director.

Responsibilities:

- Construct the vision and drive roadmaps for the FC Companion mobile game experience

- Use insights to establish opportunities and goals, focusing ideation and spurring creativity across the product

- Partner with licensing, brand, legal, and other central teams to determine goals and end-to-end requirements

- Partner with product management, art, design, and engineering leads to deliver on expectations

- Establish KRs for your team that align with the broader objectives of EA SPORTS FC

Qualifications:

- Experienced Producer or Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in game production roles

- Strong tenure and background in mobile game development, ideally live-serviced games

- Track record leading 20+ people teams

- Proven track record of managing successful products with strong engagement and monetization outcomes

- Passion for gaming and deep familiarity with mobile game mechanics, player motivations, and industry trends

- Strong understanding of player psychology and mobile UX design principles

- Ability to use data and insights to inform decision-making, planning, and roadmapping

- Master of influence and an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts
