## Description

The Manager, Business Operations, Strategy & Design, and End-to-End Program Management plays a key leadership role within the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Transformation Office. This position is responsible for translating strategic business priorities into executable transformation initiatives, operating models, and measurable business outcomes.

Working across Product Management, Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, and Customer Success, this leader drives alignment across people, processes, technology, data, and governance to deliver complex enterprise initiatives. The role combines business strategy, organisational design, operational excellence, and program leadership to enable successful transformation, new product introductions (NPI), and long-term business growth.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and execution excellence, with the ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, and deliver results in dynamic business environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Strategy & Business Transformation: Partner with Lead To Cash functional leaders to define, prioritise, and execute transformation initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives.

- Business Operations & Governance: Facilitate cross-functional planning and prioritisation to ensure alignment across stakeholder groups.

- Operating Model & Process Design: Partner with stakeholders to simplify, standardise, automate, and optimise business processes.

- End-to-End Program Management: Lead large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs supporting strategic business priorities.

- New Product Introduction (NPI): Serve as a primary interface from the Lead to Cash program into the Business Unit NPI teams.

- Change Management & Organisational Readiness: Partner with leaders and change teams to support successful adoption of new capabilities and ways of working.

**Required Qualifications:**

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience: Typically 8+ years of experience in program management, business transformation, business operations, strategy, product commercialisation, consulting, or related disciplines.

**Success Measures:**

- Successful delivery of transformation initiatives against defined business objectives and outcomes.

- Measurable improvements in operational performance, customer experience, and process effectiveness.

- Effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive engagement across programs.
