## Description

We are seeking a Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment to join our team at Target.

The starting hourly rate is $18.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $18.25 USD - $27.40 USD per hour.

As an On-Demand Team Member, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members via our myTime mobile scheduling app.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working in all departments to ensure the sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Executing adjacency changes, transitions, revisions, and sales plans for all departments

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand standards

- Accurately executing all Fills

- Processing all inbound deliveries

- Completing all backroom weekly audits

- Operating power equipment only if certified

- Maintaining backroom organization and location accuracy

- Following processes accurately with attention to detail

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
