## Description

Grab is seeking an Assistant Manager, Key Accounts Management to source and onboard merchants in the e-commerce space to grow the GrabMall list of partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the e-commerce industry, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of driving results.

Key responsibilities:

- Identify and generate qualified leads, and build and maintain a database of target accounts.

- Manage sales pipeline from sourcing leads to onboarding merchants on the platform.

- Build and manage strong business relationships with accounts through engagements with relevant stakeholders.

- Pitch different products, services, and other commercial initiatives and negotiate contract terms and conditions.

- Collaborate closely with teams from other departments to assist in delivering excellent end-to-end merchant service delivery and response to market trends and needs.

- Resolve any issues and problems of merchants and act as a link between customers and internal teams.

- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase the number of onboarded merchants within assigned key accounts.

- Monitor sales funnel against KPIs and prepare regular reports and insights for management review.

- Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform strategic account planning and recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in any field.

- 3+ years of sales and account management experience in the e-commerce industry.

- Great interpersonal, communication, and strong negotiation skills.

- Passionate and leadership qualities, team player, and self-motivated.

- Strong organisational and analytical skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environment.
