## Job Overview

We're seeking a Senior People Program Manager to join our rapidly growing People PM Team at Anduril. You'll partner with teams and leaders to drive execution, manage program lifecycles, and build lasting organisational solutions.

## Responsibilities

- Lead and execute critical projects within the People organisation, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.

- Develop, own, and maintain comprehensive program schedules, project briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers to ensure on-schedule delivery.

- Use qualitative and quantitative skills to tackle complex problems with strong analytical thinking to design key analyses that influence operational decisions.

- Build trust and credibility with senior partners, acting as the primary interface and translating complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.

- Communicate across teams, bridging different parts of the organisation, crafting compelling narratives and project updates that align stakeholders and drive positive program outcomes and alignment.

## Requirements

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.

- Proven experience managing the end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to present complex project details, trade-offs, and metrics clearly and concisely.

- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
