## Job Overview

As a Software Engineer on our Battlespace Awareness team, you will develop cutting-edge algorithms and software with real-world applications. Working in small, innovative teams, you will build solutions that make a tangible impact. Our goal is to deploy technology in mission-critical systems, ensuring success for government and industry customers.

## Responsibilities

- Contribute to team direction with your expertise and ideas.

- Prototype state-of-the-art software solutions in an agile environment.

- Implement high-performance software for tactical systems and web applications.

- Utilize high-fidelity modeling and simulation environments, analysis tools, and techniques to quantify technology benefits.

- Engage with customers to ensure successful mission-critical outcomes.

- Work across the software development lifecycle.

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related technical field (advanced degree preferred).

- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab.

- Experience with big data/NoSQL/database technologies.

- Strong software engineering skills, including design, algorithm implementation, analysis, testing, and optimization.

- Knowledge of machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, clustering, and classification.

- Applied mathematics skills in differential equations, linear algebra, optimization, statistics, and random processes.

- Understanding of engineering principles, including controls, estimation theory, and digital signal processing.

- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.

## Compensation and Benefits
