## Description

We are seeking a Senior Manager - Major Complex Loss to join our Claims Management team on a fixed-term contract. As a Major & Complex Loss Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling high net worth, major loss, and other complex claims, including escape of oil.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out the adjustment of complex claims

- Handle claims in line with company requirements and service standards

- Ensure key performance indicator targets are reached and maintained

- Actively progress and control all cases

- Understand and implement company and client procedures

- Ensure technical accuracy and produce high-quality reports

- Build effective relationships with clients, brokers, and policy holders

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

- 10+ years of experience in an adjusting company or insurer, including major losses

- Proven track record of property claims

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Dependability and persistence are essential

- Flexible approach and adaptable to changing priorities
