## Description

We're a thriving 15,000-patient PMS practice at the heart of Battersea, looking for an Associate GP to join us on a permanent basis, working 47 sessions a week.

**Job Summary** We've been part of Battersea and Clapham for over sixty years - a large, friendly, forward-thinking teaching practice.

**Main Duties of the Job** General Practice duties supported by a well-established admin and multi-disciplinary team. Clinics will be a mixture of morning, afternoon and evening schedules and on-call duties.

**Benefits** Salary as per our Pay Tier structure - reflecting your role and responsibilities. 6 weeks' annual leave plus 1 week study leave (pro-rata) - BMA Model contract. Indemnity cover supported by the Practice.

**Job Responsibilities** Session planning for each GP session will follow the Practice schedule, which will include their regular on-call and extended hours duties. GP contract follows the BMA model, with admin time and CPD entitlement. We also provide mentoring to each Associate GP who will have a designated mentor who will meet regularly. As a teaching practice, Associate GPs will be encouraged to participate in medical student teaching and supervision of registrars.

**Pay Structure**

- Tier 1: £11,407.89 - Triage / on-call sessions and extended hours; medical student teaching and Registrar supervision.

- Tier 2: £12,092.36 - Practice chronic condition area lead or quality initiative area lead.

- Tier 3: £12,764.61 - Named clinical lead for a significant area of responsibility, or a significant management role.
