Aramco is seeking a Disability Inclusion Specialist to join our Equity & Inclusion Division (E&ID). The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing Saudi Aramco's commitment to building a world-class, inclusive workplace. The role involves embedding disability inclusion and accessibility across the Company's operations, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, national priorities, and global best practices.

The Disability Inclusion Specialist will support the implementation of Saudi Aramco's Disability Inclusion Strategy in alignment with broader D&I and Human Capital strategies. This includes embedding inclusive design and accessibility considerations into core business processes, programs, and employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, development, retention). The role also involves contributing to enterprise-wide initiatives that position Aramco as a regional leader in disability inclusion.

Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating workplace accommodation processes across functions, ensuring timely and effective solutions. The Specialist will partner with internal stakeholders to advance compliance with accessibility standards and support the development and enhancement of policies, standards, and procedures related to disability inclusion.

The Disability Inclusion Specialist will ensure alignment with in-Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regulations and labor laws, international accessibility standards, and leading practices. They will contribute to governance frameworks, KPIs, and internal reporting mechanisms. The role also involves supporting the development of inclusive leadership capabilities across the organization and engaging Employee Resource Groups and Communities of Practice.

The Specialist will build strategic partnerships with external entities (government, NGOs, industry bodies) to advance knowledge sharing and national impact. They will develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to disability inclusion (representation, accessibility, engagement, accommodations). The role requires providing data-driven insights to leadership to inform strategic decision-making and supporting benchmarking efforts against global peers and leading organizations.

To be successful in this role, the Disability Inclusion Specialist will need to hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related discipline (Master's preferred). They will have 5–8+ years of experience in Equity & Inclusion, Human Capital, Organizational Development, or related field. Demonstrated experience in disability inclusion, accessibility, or workplace accommodations within a large, complex organization is essential.

The Specialist will have a strong understanding of disability inclusion, accessibility standards, and inclusive workplace practices. They will be able to navigate and influence within a large, matrixed organization. Strategic thinking with strong execution capability is required, as well as excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
