We are looking for a Vice President, US Consultant Relations to set and deliver our strategy with US-based investment consultant firms. This role sits within the Americas Institutional Sales team and is focused on driving measurable commercial outcomes through deeper consultant engagement, strong internal coordination, and disciplined prioritisation.

Key responsibilities include setting the US consultant relations strategy and aligning it to Americas Institutional Sales priorities, delivering agreed commercial outcomes, building and executing consultant coverage plans, increasing consultant engagement and improving outcomes, partnering with Investments and Product to support consultant due diligence, coordinating with specialist sales teams, driving strong internal coordination, managing competing stakeholder demands, maintaining high standards of risk management, regulatory/FCC compliance, and cross-border adherence, and ensuring all client activity is documented and maintained in CRM with strong pipeline and performance reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experienced in US Asset Management in consultant relations and/or institutional client-facing roles, strong knowledge of the US institutional market and investment consultant landscape, broad understanding of Asset Management product and solutions, proven track record of delivering revenue growth and measurable client outcomes, ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted relationships in a matrixed organisation, strong strategic planning and prioritisation skills, excellent communication skills for consultant engagement, due diligence, and internal alignment, strong execution discipline, sound understanding of industry trends and relevant regulations impacting US asset management, and relevant regulatory licenses.
