## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeter, you will be one of the most active programmes in the world, serving as a brand and product ambassador. You will understand Red Bull's target group and correctly spread the brand image and product understanding on campus and in your assigned area. This role focuses on university marketing, where you will plan and execute strategies to increase Red Bull's recognition and fan base on campus, providing memorable brand experiences to students, contributing to Red Bull's brand and business.

Your main responsibilities will be to:

Be a brand and product ambassador, embodying the company's values and brand personality through daily interactions with consumers.

Develop and implement innovative campus plans that fit each campus, increasing brand awareness and future consumption among students.

Build strong relationships with key persons in your assigned area.

Promote brand connections through Red Bull content on social media.

At Red Bull events and supported events, support the creation of unforgettable brand experiences for consumers.

Be a sales expert, building relationships with store staff and ensuring Red Bull is always visible and accessible on campus.

Collaborate with the sales team to expand sales channels and introduce Red Bull's world view into stores, considering compatibility.

Implement perfect execution of defined store standards to increase Red Bull sales.

Demonstrate executional excellence in all tasks, paying attention to detail, sharing ideas with the team, and contributing to the development of Red Bull's media business.

You will work closely with the team, share ideas, and collaborate on activities and reports through our online platform.

You will provide insights and trends-based ideas, contributing to the growth of Red Bull's media business.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong network and social skills, be sensitive to trends, have knowledge of the streets and campus, and be a leader with a passion for marketing and sales.
