## Description

As a Systems, Senior Manager, you will lead a team of highly technical operators responsible for the systems, automation, and operational infrastructure that power Brex's Operations organization at scale.

This role sits at the center of some of Brex's most critical functions , including Risk, Compliance, Payment Operations, Servicing, and Banking Operations , partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Finance, and Operations leaders to solve complex business problems. You will define the long-term vision for how Brex scales operationally while directly driving execution on high-impact systems, workflows, and AI-powered tooling.

Your team will play a central role in transforming traditional operations into AI-native organizations through intelligent automation, agentic workflows, decision infrastructure, and scalable internal platforms. You will help answer foundational questions such as:

- How should operational work be redesigned in an AI-native world?

- How do we increase efficiency and automation while maintaining strong customer experience and risk controls?

- How do we build systems that create leverage across rapidly scaling operational teams?
