## Description

We are looking for a Senior Analytics Manager to join our Risk & Controls team in APAC. As a Senior Analytics Manager, you will partner with our financial crime product teams to drive data-driven and innovative growth decisions while helping to combat financial crime.

Your mission:

- Expose vast data on our processes to product teams in a meaningful and actionable way

- Proactively contribute to, own, create, track key metrics and results for your product and operational teams

- Support stakeholders by conducting research, preparing reports, and visualisations

- Work with data scientists in understanding and developing the means for detecting and mitigating financial crime

- Build the framework for managing risk and customer experience at scale

- Drive the discovery phase by scoping new opportunities and suggesting features, rules and models to combat emerging risks

Qualifications:

- Strong quantitative skills, ideally a background in statistics, maths, physics, engineering, or other scientific area

- Experience in financial crime domain (typologies and alert investigations) balancing risk and customer experience

- 9-10+ years of experience in data analytics (in financial crime or risk analytics) and 4-5+ years leading others

- Experience with SQL and Python/R

- Strong communication skills and an ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions

- Ability to structure business problems with minimal supervision and prioritise problems independently

- Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau etc.) and demonstrate storytelling ability with data
