## Description

This role involves ensuring effective and efficient execution of operational activities in Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable.

**Job Overview** As a Source-to-Pay Procurement Operations and Accounts Payable Analyst in Diageo's Seoul office, you will support sourcing activities, negotiations, and resolve operational procurement issues. You will act as an interface between Market Users, Suppliers, and the procurement community to simplify guided buying following set purchasing standards and policies.

**Procurement Operations Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the Category Procurement team to support standard and complex sourcing activities.

- Organize and conduct competitive sourcing requests through FairMarkit.

- Perform sourcing activities, commercial negotiations, and contract management for spends up to US $50k.

- Embed best-in-class procurement category excellence capabilities and processes.

- Provide comprehensive analysis on events conducted and identify opportunities to minimize operational and administrative activities.

- Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders, including the Category Procurement team, Suppliers, and Market Users.

- Review, analyze, and interpret various reports to drive global KPI improvements.

**Accounts Payable Responsibilities:**

- Ensure timely and accurate quality checks of invoices, including online payment requests and down payments.

- Follow up on returned invoices to obtain replacement invoices meeting quality criteria.

- Assist in resolving supplier and business queries related to accounts payable.

**Requirements:**

- Must be willing to work onsite in Diageo's Seoul office.

- Advanced to native level business Korean and English language skills.

- Experience in procurement-related systems such as SAP, Coupa, FairMarkit, and PowerBi is preferable.

- Experience in processing and managing Accounts Payable-related tasks is preferable.
