## Description

As a Klantenservice Medewerker, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will work via chat and phone, communicating effectively and multitasking with ease.

Your main tasks will include:

- Listening carefully to customers, asking the right questions, and finding the best solution for them

- Managing customer expectations and ensuring that issues are resolved to their satisfaction

- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve customer satisfaction

We offer:

- A salary of €14.71 per hour

- A monthly allowance of up to €45 for internet and coffee

- 8% holiday pay, pension build-up, and 29 days of vacation per year (for full-time contracts)

Requirements:

- Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing)

- At least 18 years old

- Available for 24, 28, 32, or 40 hours per week, with at least two days between 14:00 and 18:00

- Availability every other Friday afternoon or Saturday

- Ability to be at Rotterdam Centraal within 90 minutes (for occasional office work)

- Willingness to participate in a full-time induction program (Monday to Friday, 9:00-17:30)
