## Description

Zscaler is looking for a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join their Professional Services team. This is a Hybrid role based in Bangalore, reporting to the Senior Manager, Professional Services.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical authority for enterprise customers, architecting, deploying, and optimizing solutions across the Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange platform. You will help organizations navigate AI-accelerated threats, cloud-first transformation, and complex hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the full technical engagement lifecycle for enterprise customers

- Architect and integrate ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, and the broader Zero Trust Exchange

- Lead Zero Trust maturity assessments and technical discovery workshops

- Guide customers on securing modern identity frameworks and AI-powered workflows

- Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to deliver consultancy and deployment services

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles

- Hands-on experience deploying and operating Zscaler solutions

- Strong command of modern identity and access frameworks

- Solid foundation across networking and security fundamentals

- Working knowledge of AI/ML security concepts
