## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will build and execute smart sales and marketing plans to grow the Red Bull brand and product consumption within the student community and beyond.

Responsibilities:

- Be a Product and Brand Ambassador: Live and breathe the Red Bull brand personality and values, representing the brand in a premium way.

- Grow the user base through product sampling and awareness campaigns.

- Build and execute a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals.

- Drive brand engagement on social media handles.

- Work at Red Bull events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience.

- Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in outlets.

- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points.

- Leverage relevant assets to keep Red Bull top of mind in sales accounts.

- Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.

- Executional Excellence: Deliver executional excellence and attention to detail in all areas.

- Share ideas and collaborate with the team.

- Plan and report activities via a dedicated online platform.

- Contribute to developing the media business with local insights and trends.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills

- Highly approachable and social

- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit

- Ability to manage part-time work and studies

- Affinity for marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product

- Driver's License preferred

- Event/project management skills

- Great team player

- Available to work part-time, including evenings and weekends
