## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café at Metro Centre, the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge. As a Christmas Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Providing excellent customer service, staying calm under pressure, and delivering warm, five-star service.

- Being digitally confident, using our tools to take and fulfil orders fast, keeping customers moving and satisfied.

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues.

- Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture that meets customer needs.

- Adapting quickly, working where needed with pace.

The café operates varying shifts, including: Week 1:

- Monday 12:30 - 19:00

- Tuesday 08:00 - 14:30

- Wednesday 08:00 - 14:30

- Friday 12:30 - 19:00

- Saturday 12:30 - 19:00

Week 2:

- Sunday 10:30 - 17:00

- Tuesday 12:30 - 19:00

- Wednesday 12:30 - 19:00

- Thursday 08:00 - 14:30

- Friday 08:00 - 14:30

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
