## Description

Spire Claremont Hospital is recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Administrator to join its experienced Radiology Administration team on an as-and-when basis.

The successful candidate will be based in the Imaging team and will be responsible for welcoming patients to the department, entering electronic inpatient bookings into the SAP-based system, ensuring Theatre and Ward availability, and updating patients with confirmations and changes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service, preferably with administration, and be a great communicator who can build a strong rapport with a range of stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming patients to the department

- Entering electronic inpatient bookings into the SAP-based system

- Ensuring Theatre and Ward availability

- Updating patients with confirmations and changes

- Liaising with Consultants and Medical Secretaries

- Providing a first-class Customer Service at all times
