## Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team in Tagbilaran, Bohol, Philippines.

As a Human Resources Manager, you will partner with business and functional stakeholders to establish and execute Human Resources Strategies that drive business performance. You will help formulate initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Provide counseling to employees and supervisors as needed and appropriate

- Oversee employee relations, counseling, and disciplining employees

- Handle terminations and provide exit interviews

- Draft and implement employee rules, regulations, and policies

- Ensure effective partnership with internal teams to drive HR Operations Department success

- Collaborate with the legal team on documentation and compliance matters

Requirements:

- At least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management

- Knowledgeable in strategic planning, employee relations, and labor litigation

- Experience in the BPO industry and working with multi-jurisdictional teams is a plus

- Background in corporate social responsibility/advocacy work and knowledge of preparing project proposals and progress reports is desirable
