## Description

Language Services Associates is looking for Thai interpreters in the St. Louis, MO area. As a member of LSA's network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will facilitate language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in various settings.

Responsibilities:

- Provide superior customer service

- Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining strict confidentiality standards

- Follow all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry-specific best practices

- Meet clearance requirements as requested by clients

- Report to accepted assignments on site in a timely manner

- Have access to personal or public transport

Qualifications/Experience:

- Full fluency in both English and Thai

- Ability to provide high-level client service

- 1+ year of professional interpreting experience preferred

- Industry-specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
