## Description

We are seeking an Associate to lead the Regulatory Reporting team in preparing, submitting, and automating Corporate & Investment Banking regulatory returns, as well as exposure reporting for local and Group Credit Risk teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee preparation and submission of regulatory returns and credit exposure reports

- Act as subject matter expert for Investment Banking regulatory reporting

- Provide oversight of over 100 regulatory returns

- Ensure regulatory filings align with guidelines and policies

- Lead and support regulatory reporting automation initiatives

- Oversee credit reporting activities

- Build effective relationships with stakeholders

- Conduct periodic assessments of control environment

- Manage, motivate, and develop the team

- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across reporting processes

Requirements:

- Experience in Regulatory Reporting and/or Operations Support in a banking or financial services environment

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Understanding of regulatory reporting guidelines and change management principles

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Graduate/Post-Graduate/MBA qualification

Desired skills:
