## Description

The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Anaesthetic Practitioner/ODP to join their team in Chelsea. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality perioperative care to patients. The role involves working in a fast-paced theatre environment, performing various tasks such as resuscitation, scrubbing, and circulating.

The main duties of the job include:

- Providing nursing care to patients in conjunction with the shift coordinator

- Performing tasks as a registered theatre nurse/ODP, including resuscitation, scrub, and circulation

- Ensuring the safe use of complex scrub equipment

- Supporting senior staff and multidisciplinary team members in monitoring and maintaining excellent clinical standards

- Providing high-quality, individualized, evidence-based care to patients and their relatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- First-level registration with the NMC or HCPC

- Recognized post-registration Anaesthetic course if NMC registered

- Experience in Anaesthetics

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to liaise effectively with multidisciplinary team members

- Ability to demonstrate motivation and make decisions, organize and prioritize own workload

The salary for this position ranges from £38,488 to £46,852 per annum.
