## Description

Reddit is seeking a Community Lifecycle Manager to develop programs that educate, engage, and reactivate moderators. The successful candidate will own channel strategy and end-to-end campaign execution, build email and push campaigns, and improve data and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute channel strategies and campaigns to engage moderators

- Build and launch email campaigns in HubSpot and push campaigns using Reddit's tools

- Enhance data, segmentation, automation, and dynamic content for moderator communications

- Design experiments and analyze results to inform future campaigns

- Collaborate with lifecycle strategists, Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams

- Monitor campaign performance and maintain high-quality operations

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, growth, or marketing technology roles

- Experience building multichannel lifecycle programs and hands-on campaign execution

- Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing platforms and SQL

- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

- Familiarity with Reddit and a community-first mindset

Salary Range: $154,700-$216,600 USD
