## Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Business Unit Leader to develop and implement overall business unit strategy, considering current priorities and future portfolio expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and solidify business strategies with Marketing, Market Access, and relevant functions to maximize product and portfolio value.

- Conduct market landscape and competitive intelligence analysis to inform strategic commercial decisions.

- Lead planning and execution of important tactics, including hospital business planning and performance analysis.

- Ensure optimal resource allocation across functions and sales teams.

- Lead cross-functional projects and support strategic initiatives.

- Provide innovative capability development programs for sales, marketing, and other functions.

- Lead business planning, operating cadence, and governance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- BS/BA in Strategy, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields; MBA preferred.

- 10+ years' experience in Marketing, Strategy, Business Planning, Commercial Operations, or related roles.

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and deliver results quickly.

- Proven track record of business experiences and know-hows for product launches and business growth.

- Strong influencing skills and experience leading complex cross-functional projects.

- Good understanding of the China pharmaceutical industry and market dynamics.

- Fluent English communication.

- Pfizer know-hows at Global and China local level are highly preferred.
