## Description

Okta is seeking a Senior Digital Designer to join the Brand & Creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering design solutions for key marketing briefs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all projects.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Creative Lead and teams on conceptual development, design, and execution for digital experiences on okta.com

- Craft thoughtful digital design solutions to drive user engagement and click-through rate

- Present ideas clearly and concisely, and execute against feedback efficiently

- Collaborate with Brand, UX, Digital Strategy, Content, Development, and Production teams to launch innovative, brand-led digital experiences

- Ensure consistency of the brand and highest quality of design across all projects

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in copywriting in a creative agency or client-side group, with B2B/tech experience being a plus

- World-class portfolio of work

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Expert knowledge of the creative process and collaborating with UX strategy & design, Developers, and Web Producers

- Working knowledge of digital creative software tools (Figma, Adobe CC, Google Suite)

- 3-5 years of experience using design systems to create innovative, digital marketing websites
