As a HairLab- Salon Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the salon, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow, and lead, manage, and inspire a team of stylists and other salon staff.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading by example and actively participating in sales activities

- Managing client appointments and bookings

- Handling client enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

- Maintaining the salon's high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Managing inventory and stock levels of hair care products

- Implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain clients

- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Monitoring and analysing salon performance, including sales and customer satisfaction

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

- Strong business acumen with experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members

- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming salon environment

- In-depth knowledge of hair care products

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
