## Description

We are seeking a Lead Warehouse Worker to join our Distribution Centre team.

The pay range for this role is $25.96 - $46.68 per hour, with potential additional compensation through a shift differential of $2.00 to $3.50 per hour.

As a Lead Warehouse Worker, you will lead tasks such as assisting Operations Managers in coordinating work activities and process flow, instilling a safety culture, identifying training needs, and participating in root cause analysis.

Key responsibilities include:

- Assigning tasks to team members and providing work direction

- Monitoring progress daily to improve performance and functional area goals

- Anticipating leaders' needs and proactively solving problems

- Upholding Target's values and demonstrating professionalism and leadership

Requirements:

- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 47 lbs. frequently and up to 60lbs. occasionally

- Ability to access all areas of the distribution centre, including the mezzanine

- Basic math skills and good oral and written communication skills

- Ability to operate computer systems with minimal direction

- Strong time-management skills and ability to multitask

- 1-3 years of leadership, warehousing, or manufacturing experience

- Ability to be trained on powered equipment safely

- Strong interpersonal skills to relate with all team members
