## Description

We're seeking a self-starter and results-driven lifecycle marketer to lead our efforts to drive adoption and retention of EarnIn's core products.

This role is a hybrid position, with the expectation of working two days per week from our offices in Mexico City.

In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate with product, product marketing, analytics, and our creative partners to design and execute data-driven marketing programmes that leverage owned channels (email, SMS, push, and in-app messaging) to drive activation, retention, and winback metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be performance-driven, have strong attention to detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a curious mind.

Key responsibilities include owning lifecycle marketing growth strategies and execution across owned channels, being the hands-on expert for our automation platform, using AI to accelerate campaign ops, and owning lifecycle reporting and performance readouts.

We're looking for a marketer with 4+ years of experience leading the end-to-end development of multi-channel lifecycle marketing initiatives, proficiency in marketing automation platforms, and expertise in iterative testing and campaign optimisation through A/B and/or multivariate testing.
