## Description

Join our team in the M&S Café in Inverness, the heart of our store and a place where customers come to recharge.

As a Customer Assistant, you will be a brand ambassador, making great food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café operates smoothly, even during the busiest periods.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Being digitally confident to use our tools to take and fulfil orders fast, keeping customers moving and satisfied.

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards while juggling orders and queues.

- Delivering quality under pressure while focusing on delivering five-star service.

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture that meets customer needs.

- Adapting quickly, working where needed with pace.

The café operates the following hours:

- Sunday: 11:00-16:30

- Friday: 12:00-17:30

- Saturday: 11:00-17:30

During Christmas, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
