## Description

The Asset Care Team Leader (ACTL) position is a technical role reporting directly to the Operations Manager. The primary function is to execute planned and unplanned maintenance work efficiently and effectively. The ACTL is responsible for managing a designated crew, developing craftspeople, and implementing safe work practices.

**Key Outputs:**

- Ensure safety, quality, food safety, and environmental compliance on the crew

- Develop and implement work orders, job plans, and schedules

- Supervise mechanics and control maintenance crew payroll, overtime, and absenteeism

- Collaborate with production on changes impacting the schedule

- Drive continuous improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness

- Provide training and technical guidance to mechanics

- Lead safety awareness and information sharing meetings

**Qualifications and Experience Required:**

- BS in Engineering or other Technical field

- 5+ years manufacturing or maintenance supervision experience

- Hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance experience

- Drive systems/transmissions experience

- Basic Controller/Processor, Industrial Electrical Wiring, Mechanical/Electrical Devices and Circuits experience

- SAP experience
