## Description

As a Storemanager at Coolblue, you will lead a motivated team and manage a store to ensure customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks include:

- Leading your team on a daily basis together with the Floormanagers

- Improving your colleagues' skills every day, together with the Winkel Trainer, Teamleider Repairs, and the Floor Managers

- Analyzing your store's results and making proactive suggestions for improvement to the Regiomanagers

- Using commercial insights and available data to set short-term and long-term goals

## Skills

### Required
- HBO work- and thinking level
