## Description

We're looking for a driven sales professional to join our team in Oslo as a Salgskonsulent. You'll be responsible for building and owning your own district, achieving clear sales and growth targets.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and manage your own sales district with specific sales and growth goals

- Identify new customers, schedule meetings, and follow through to agreements

- Maintain relationships with existing customers and seek out new opportunities

- Ensure optimal product placement and visibility in stores, refrigerators, and at checkout counters

- Stay up-to-date on market trends, new locations, concepts, and consumer preferences

Requirements:

- Early in your sales career with a strong desire to learn and grow

- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

- Comfortable working independently and planning your own schedule

- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving new agreements

- Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools

- Fluent Norwegian and good English skills

- Valid class B driver's license and residence in or around Oslo
