## Description

We are seeking a Lead Solution Architect to join our team. As a Lead Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting custom solutions for clients, developing long-term IT strategies and plans, and assessing business impact of specific technologies/strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Architect custom solutions of project and program or operational scope

- Architect reusable solutions of project or operational scope

- Customize reusable solutions of project and program or operational scope

- Capture and share architectural IP at the project and program level

- Oversee the implementation and governance of architectures of project and program or operational scope

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of industry experience

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

- Advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues

- Strong communication and presentation skills
