## Description

The Boeing Company is seeking a Project Management Specialist 2-2 to support the ICBM MMIII Test Equipment Roadmap project in Heath, OH.

This role involves managing over 20 test equipment overhaul projects, leading a team of 30 engineers, and overseeing a $30M/year budget.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and track multiple test equipment overhaul projects

- Lead a team of 30 engineers working on various aspects of test equipment overhaul

- Manage schedules and cost baselines for all overhaul projects

- Collaborate with engineering to identify roadblocks and find solutions

- Coordinate and inform the Air Force Customer of project progress and setbacks

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Experience supporting systems engineering design reviews (SRR-CDR, SVR, TRR)

Preferred Qualifications:

- Scheduling acumen

- Program Management Professional (PMP) certification

- 3+ years of program management experience

- Drawing experience

The position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which requires U.S. Citizenship.

The typical salary range for this position is $94,350 - $127,650.
