## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a creative Software Engineer Manager to join the team. The company's Spectrum-X is an end-to-end Ethernet Networking solution designed to meet the challenges of AI factories.

**Job Summary:** You will be building and managing a team of US-based software engineers developing NVIDIA's networking products. You will debug and diagnose complex networking problems, craft tools and processes, engage directly with NVIDIA customers, and work with a worldwide team of engineers, architects, product managers, and field personnel.

**Responsibilities:**

- Building and managing a team of software engineers

- Debugging and diagnosing complex networking problems

- Engaging directly with NVIDIA customers

- Working with a worldwide team of engineers, architects, product managers, and field personnel

**Requirements:**

- B.A./B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

- 8+ years of experience developing embedded networking software

- 3+ years of experience as a personnel manager leading software teams

- Strong programming skills in C and Python on Linux

- Leadership in AI-native software development

- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good English communication and interpersonal skills

- A track-record of autonomous and successful delivery under challenging conditions

**Nice to Have:**

- Experience of data center network engineering

- Strong understanding of ethernet networking

- Experience of NVIDIA networking technology

- Experience recruiting teams of software engineers
