## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Trainee to join our team at Red Bull Distribution Company. As a Sales Trainee, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and learning the ins and outs of the business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Training: Participate in our comprehensive training program to learn about our products, services, and sales strategies.

- Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of Red Bull and its products, including building and protecting the brand, setting proper brand flow, and establishing relationships with customers.

- Daily Preparation: Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans, communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers, and train with them.

- In-Route Support: Support Account Sales Managers on their routes, meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

- Off-Route Support: Assist with audits, blitzes, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales growth.

**Requirements:**

- Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card

- At least 21 years of age

- Experience in customer service and sales is a plus

- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
