## Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Trade Operative to join our team in North London. As a Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, and flooring.

The role involves delivering a first-class service to our properties in the North London region, working efficiently to complete tasks within required deadlines.

In return for your hard work, you will receive a salary of £34,359 - £42,759 per year, plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, a company van, tools, a company bonus scheme, and regular overtime.

To be successful in this role, you must have a valid UK driving license, as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only. Additionally, this post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
