## Description

The Workshop Operations Manager will play a critical role in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of key discovery and decision-making forums in support of the Executive CEO Workshop schedule. This advanced operational role is responsible for designing and sustaining the processes, tools, and automations for what is our Workshop Operating System - the operational backbone that connects the company's product roadmap teams to its most senior leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

- Proactive partnership with key stakeholders like C-suite EAs, Program Managers, and functional stakeholders to ensure the Workshop Operating System is connected to leaders who are responsible for how the business is growing and scaling to achieve company goals.

- Flawless execution of daily tasks and maintaining standard workflows, including complex scheduling and prioritization management across various stakeholders and functions, data gathering on existing workflows or timeline management.

- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority, negotiating priorities for time allocation across cross-functional teams, and building the trust and credibility needed to drive alignment when stakeholders have competing needs.

- Demonstrated systems thinking, attention to detail, the ability to zoom out and see cross-functional dependencies, and the judgment to make real-time prioritization trade-offs.

- Identifying bottlenecks or areas of process and/or communication improvements.

- Balancing the demands of leaders and cross-functional working teams under tight timelines and rapidly changing circumstances.

This role requires a high degree of autonomy, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in operations, program coordination, or business process management in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. They will also have demonstrated expertise in operational tooling such as Airtable, GSuite, or similar platforms, including experience with automation and scripting.

In addition, the candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills that can simplify complex operational landscapes at a variety of altitudes, and proven ability to influence without direct management authority: build trust, negotiate trade-offs, and drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders with competing priorities.
