## Description

Join Cisco as a Business Analyst Intern and work on cross-functional projects to identify operational opportunities and propose process enhancements.

You'll analyze internal business processes and data to uncover actionable insights that deliver measurable business value. You'll also assist in building reports and visual dashboards that make complex information accessible to key stakeholders. Throughout your internship, you'll partner with experienced mentors to learn best-in-class business analysis methodologies.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate on cross-functional projects to identify operational opportunities and propose process enhancements

- Analyze internal business processes and data to uncover actionable insights

- Assist in building reports and visual dashboards

- Partner with experienced mentors to learn best-in-class business analysis methodologies

**Requirements:**

- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program (Associate's or Bachelor's)

- Qualifying education should be in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

- Expected graduation/completion within 6 months

- Professional English proficiency

- Demonstrated academic or project experience applying structured analytical problem-solving, spreadsheet data analysis, or business process mapping

**Nice to Have:**

- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or modern reporting dashboards

- Understanding of business process improvement frameworks, agile fundamentals, or workflow automation tools

- Strong interpersonal collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset

- Effective organizational and time-management skills
